Grades: Titanium Grade 2, Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
Inox Steel India is a trusted manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of Titanium Forged Bars, delivering high-performance forged solutions in Titanium Grade 2 and Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) to industries across India, GCC, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North & South America.
Titanium forged bars are engineered for applications requiring exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. Compared to stainless steel and nickel alloys, titanium provides significantly lower weight with equal or higher strength.
At Inox Steel India, titanium forged bars are produced through controlled hot forging followed by annealing or solution treatment, ensuring uniform grain structure, superior fatigue performance, and compliance with ASTM B348 / ASTM B381 standards.
Titanium forged bars are solid metal sections manufactured by hot forging titanium billets under controlled temperature and pressure, refining internal grain flow and eliminating metallurgical defects.
Billet Selection: Certified titanium billets conforming to Grade 2 (R50400) and Grade 5 (R56400).
Hot Forging: Open-die or closed-die forging ensuring optimal grain orientation.
Heat Treatment:
Rough Machining (Optional): Near-net or rough-machined forgings to reduce machining time.
Inspection & Testing: UT, PMI, mechanical testing, and dimensional inspection.
Titanium Grade 2: Commercially pure titanium with excellent corrosion resistance, widely used in chemical, marine, heat exchanger, and medical equipment.
Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V): High-strength titanium alloy preferred for aerospace, defence, offshore, and high-performance engineering components.

Stainless steel tubes (ASTM A249), titanium tubes (ASTM B338), and nickel alloy tubes (ASTM B515) are commonly used depending on cooling water quality and corrosion severity. Titanium is highly resistant to seawater corrosion, bio-fouling, and chloride attack, resulting in long service life and low maintenance. Yes. These standards are specifically designed for welded condenser and heat-exchange service. Nickel alloy tubes are used where condensate chemistry is aggressive or operating temperatures are high.
