INOX STEEL INDIA is one of India’s leading suppliers of High-Nickel Alloy Welded Tubes, engineered for extreme environments where stainless steels fail. These tubes deliver maximum corrosion resistance, exceptional high-temperature stability, high strength-to-weight ratio, and long-term durability in aggressive chemical, marine, and high-pressure systems.
We manufacture and supply welded tubes in Inconel 625, Monel 400, Hastelloy C22, Incoloy 825, meeting stringent international standards ASTM B515, B516, B626. Our tubes are used across chemical plants, offshore platforms, refineries, desalination plants, fertiliser units, pollution-control systems, and nuclear power stations.
Nickel Alloy Welded Tubes are made from high-nickel alloy plates/strips that are TIG/Laser/Plasma welded, followed by solution annealing to restore corrosion resistance and mechanical integrity.
These alloys offer:
1. Inconel 625 Welded Tubes (Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb Alloy)Best for: Seawater corrosion, Chemical processing, High-temperature oxidation, Sour gas service.
2. Monel 400 Welded Tubes (Ni-Cu Alloy)Best for: Marine & offshore, Heat exchangers in seawater, Brine systems, Non-oxidising acids.
3. Hastelloy C22 Welded Tubes (Ni-Cr-Mo-W Alloy)Best for: Harsh chemical plants, Mixed acid environments, Pollution-control equipment, High-chloride systems.
4. Incoloy 825 Welded Tubes (Ni-Fe-Cr-Mo-Cu Alloy)Best for: Sulphuric & phosphoric acids, Sour gas & oilfield service, Heat exchangers, Pickling plant systems.
