Manufacturing Steps:

  4. Weld Bead Removal: External bead removed (internal bead optional depending on spec).
  5. Heat Treatment: Normalizing improves grain structure, mechanical strength, and weld uniformity.
  6. Calibration & Sizing: Achieves tight tolerances for OD, thickness & shape.
  7. Testing: Hydrostatic / Eddy Current Testing ensures leak-proof, strong weld quality.
  8. Finishing: Black (mill finish), Varnish coated, Painted, or Hot-dip galvanized (GI).
