⚙️ Manufacturing Process Followed at Inox Steel India

1️ Billet Selection
High-quality billets are selected based on material grade — carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex, nickel alloy, copper alloy, or titanium.

2️ Hot Forging
Billets are heated and forged using open-die or closed-die forging, ensuring uniform roundness and proper grain orientation.

3️ Heat Treatment
Forged round bars are heat-treated as per grade requirements:

  • Normalizing / Quenched & Tempered (carbon & alloy steel)
  • Solution Annealed (stainless, duplex, nickel alloys)

4️ Rough Machining (Optional)
Bars can be supplied in rough-machined condition to reduce downstream CNC machining time.

5️ Inspection & Testing
