  2. Forming & Precision TIG Welding – Controlled narrow weld bead.
  3. Orbital Welding – Autogenous filler-less welding with real-time monitoring.
  4. Bright Annealing – Restores corrosion resistance and grain structure.
  5. Mechanical Polish / Electropolish – 0.8 µm, 0.4 µm, or 0.25 µm Ra.
  6. Passivation & Cleaning – Nitric or citric passivation.
  7. Weld Inspection – Boroscopic examination.
